Aspyre Productions is available for video and photography studio rental. We aim to provide a studio space for Photographers and Indie Filmmakers to practice their craft more affordably.
The studio space is 2012 sqft, with the warehouse shooting area occupying 1044 of that square footage. There is a makeup and wardrobe area and a single person restroom that is handicap accessible. and a front office area as well. As well as video and photography studio rental, we also have a podcast room that can seat up to four participants at a time.
The studio space is located at 7411 Alban Station Ct. Unit A103. Newington, VA 22150, approximately 30 minutes south of DC. Recent uses have included video and photography studio rental for fashion, boudoir, birthday photos, content creation, podcasting, music videos, fine art, fire photography, and so much more.
Video and Photography studio rental includes cloth and paper backgrounds in Black, White, Green, Blue, Pecan and Red. More background colors and patterns are coming soon. If there is something you would like to see us add to our collection, let us know and we can add it to our list. Strobes and constant lighting are also included with your rental. Assistance in the studio space from the owner is also available when needed.
The studio space also has props you can use. Photography studio rental includes the use of any wardrobe items you see and fit in, a guitar, chairs, stools, a white posing box, and more is added to our collection regularly.
