About the Aspyre Studio

Aspyre Productions is a Photography and Video Studio aiming to provide a space for photographers and Indie Filmmakers to practice their craft more affordably. We do not have all the bells and whistles that the bigger companies have, but we also don't have the bigger price tag. We want to grow of course, but not for the sake of growing. We aren't out to make the biggest profit imaginable. We'd rather create with you and grow together.

The studio space is 2012 sqft, with the warehouse shooting area occupying 1044 of that square footage. There is a makeup and wardrobe area coming soon, a single person restroom, and  a front office area as well. There are a lot of uses for this space. Unfortunately the space is not soundproof, or even sound resistant. Using it for filmmaking is a bit of a challenge, but weekends and nights are pretty quiet, so it's not impossible.

We are located at 7411 Alban Station Ct. Unit A103. Newington, VA 22150, approximately 30 minutes south of DC.

Currently we have cloth and paper sheet backgrounds in Black, White, Green, Blue, and Red. More background colors and patterns are coming soon. If there is something you would like to see us add to our collection, let us know and we can add it to our list. Strobes and lighting are also included with your rental

We have props you can use as well. More is added to our collection regularly.
